Let me tell you a little bit about me. Firstly, I am a mumma of two crazy minions, Jack and Poppy. They are some epically amazing kids and I am SO proud of them. Secondly I am a wifey to Hen.
I am approaching the end of my first year running Laura Jane PA and have had a fantastic journey so far. It has allowed me to meet so many interesting and motivated people who have achieved and are achieving so much in their respective fields.
I understand that there is a huge amount of pressure involved in running a business, but I also know where my skills lie, that is, the ability to help you!
I am educated to degree level, have taken several courses and earned a number of qualifications. I have also been published in the Journal of Beliefs and Values, Volume 27, Number 2, 2006, 227-229. I am a touch and audio typist with a speed of 70wpm. I have run many fundraising events for charities.
Between 2007 and the start of 2015, I worked for an award winning Customer Service and Complaints team. While there, our letters, which I helped formulate, were Crystal Mark Plain English approved. The company is affiliated with the Institute of Customer Service and has won many awards through Business in the Community. I was chosen by the Head of Customer Service to carry out Industry Workshops on Customer Service in Local High Schools, as well as asked to train our entire customer facing staff on complaints handling. I took part in Business in the Community Give and Gain Days, and went out into local communities,carrying out work to benefit them. I received the second most commendations from customers within the Customer Services team in 2014. I have also been a PA, a PowerPoint Presentation Designer and a nanny.
